For use in Premiere Pro CS3?

Post by Fliposide »

Hi, I have the Space Explorer and use it when using Max I also use all the Adobe packages and have noticed that it can be used in PS. I think it would be extremely useful for movie editing too. You could scrub the timeline zoom in for frame accuracy and use it like ******. this would save huge amounts of time.
Can it be done?
Has it been done?
If so how do you do it??

For use in Premiere Pro CS3?

Post by Bryan »

Dear Fliposide,

Those would be features that the software developers of your application would design into their application. They would need to include in their source code, previsions to make use of reading input from our devices and then integrating it into their user interface for their software. Then when they compile their source code into their next generation application, it would be found added as a new improvement to their user interface.

Sincerely,
Bryan

Hi there, I use my SN with Premiere and Avid by making use of the stunning RBC9 driver.

Just as you said, I've set up the rotation as scrub and press as play/pause.

take a look at the sticky post on P1 of the Windows discussion page..

<DONE> SpaceNavigator Driver - Mouse Joystick Keyboard.

Very useful, I've set it up to work with everything from VirtualDub, Avid and Premiere through to Winamp and Adobe Audition!

Hope this helps,

Andy
