Hi,
I work with SpaceNavigator PE v3.5.6 on a XP SP2 machine. With the installation of the software came the picture viewer. It works great, except for a minor detail. When it opens, it is on my 2 monitors, with the picture split in the center. My monitors don't have the same size and the right one is standing a little lower. So not only is there a part of the window missing, I can't reach the buttons on the top right of the screen (minimize, close, etc.)
So every time I open a picture, I first have to resize the window to fullscreen or drag it around until I can reach the buttons. I rather not move the relative position of the secondary monitor. Some other programs won't like this.
Is there a way to constrain the picture viewer to a certain size or position on the screen when it opens? It would really help...
thanks,
(posted this by accident in the german forum, sorry for that)

Dear BabyRoso,
I did not find anyway to have the picture viewer open smaller or positioned differently. I resized and repositioned before closing and when I re-opened, it did not match the size and position that it was closed in.
However, keying Alt-SpaceBar will bring up a menu in the upper left-hand corner where you may Minimize, Maximize, Restore, Re-Size and Move.
Sincerely,
Bryan

yes, I tried that too. Seems to have no effect. It's like the viewer has a default size and position in relation to the desktop (in my case 1920x1200 + 1280x1024 = 3200x1200)
The viewer positions itself over 80% of the available desktopspace, opening a window of 2990x1014 on a total desktop of 3200x1200. The size of the displayed picture seems to have no effect on the window.
