this is the problem:
The Jet in Jet Demo Spin towards you, by just touching the SpaceNavigaor, and in every other application i use. javascript:emoticon('Crying or Very sad')

The spaceNavigator Pan right, Pan Down, Zoom Forward, and Spin right, at the same time, just by touching it. If i reverse all axes the result is the reverse...

It's doing it for 2 seconds even if i just have touched it for an half second.

I've tried to restore all defaults, and Calibrate, in all profiles

also i tried disconnecting it and connecting it in a other USB port and restarting the drivers.

Yester day it din't work, and i disconnected it many times and I made it work once but when i restarted my Computer to day it did'n work, anny more.

I tried it on a other computer and there it worked perfectly, but on my own computer it won't make anny god.

I have also updated the driver to:

Release Version 3.6.4
Driver version 6.6.1
Firmware Version 3.18

I use Windows Xp SP2 (32-bit x86)

Do you have anny solution for me Question

they godt this solution:
jwick wrote:I've seen this before. I can't recall exactly what it is. It is something simple though like 2 drivers running at once. While I am racking my brain, do the following:

Uninstall 3DxSoftware.
Delete siappdll.dll and spwini.dll from your System32 directory.
Delete the contents of HKCU/software/3dconnexion/3dxware/applications
Delete all your saved profiles in %appdata%/3dconnexion/3dxware/profiles.

Reboot.

Reinstall 3DxSoftware.

but it did not work:

any other solutions?

Hi,

Maybe you can use it some more time on the other computer and see if the problem is really not existent there.

Please run the "System Information" tool (msinfo32.exe), save the information to a file and send it to us. You will find the Email-address in your inbox.

You could try the following to find out what is causing this:

- Disable your NIC
- Uninstall any dongle-software
- Disable or uninstall Kaspersky and Anvir

Please also start the Cube demo, move around and see if you can see any process in task-manager that "responds" to the 3D Mouse. You can also check if some process is reacting (taskman) if you start/stop the driver.

Please let us know what happens.

Hi,

Help me try to understand what you did:

1) You were having crazy movement from your SpaceNavigator.
2) You reinstalled your O/S, and Kaspersky and anvir and now the SpaceNavigator works correctly?

This would be consistent with an antivirus software conflict.
