Inventor button mapping missing buttons

The button mapping editor for Inventor is missing the + and - buttons. Is this intended?

What driver are you running?
What version of Inventor?
Which OS?

Just loaded 3.6.6 on WinXP (32bit) sp2 with Inventor suite 2008.

Try removing the saved profiles from the previous driver.
This is the path the profiles are saved to:
C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Application Data\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\profiles

The files have an extension of .scg
