"3D Device Not Found"

Post by Vinja858 »

I have recently downloaded the latest driver for my SpacePilot because I'm now using 3ds Max 2008 but now I'm getting a "3D Device Not Found" message saying "The device indicated in the Registry could not be found." There are also 3 options to pick from.

I have the 3dxware to start up at startup. But I noticed my SpacePilot doesn't actually start up anymore like it use to.

A work around I found was to first disconnect the usb from my space pilot and reconnect it. Then manually start up my 3dxware driver.

Can someone please tell me what's going on?

Hi Vinja858,

You may have a hardware issue. Please contact 3Dconnexion Technical Support and they will be able to determine what is going on. Phone and email details are here.
