Hi All.
I am using Inventor 2009. I tried firing up IV this morning and got an error stating.
An unhandled exception occurred in your 3DxWare driver session, would you like to save a diagnostic file?
I save the file and my SpaceNavigator doesn't work. I just DL'd the latest driver and reboot the system and get the same error. It seems to work with Google Earth and in a picture viewer environment. Also when I say yes to creat the .DMP file I can't find that file.
Any Ideas

Hi Joe,
I guess that either your configuration scg-file for Inventor or the registry entries for 3Dx Inventor are messed -up.
Please try the following:
A) Stop 3DxWare driver
B) Rename the folder to C) Start 3DxWare driver and check if the error occurs
If this does not help, try the following:
A) Stop 3DxWare driver again
B) Open the registry and rename to
C) Start the 3DxWare driver and check if the error occurs
I will also send a PM with my contact details to you - I would be interested in receiving your profiles.bak folder or HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\3Dconnexion\3Dconnexion Add-In for Inventor.bak to check what caused this issue.

fixed
Robert,
That seems to have fixed the problem. Not sure how it got hosed up but everything is good again. I only started using this thing a month ago and really see how much I like it when it is taken away. WOW.
