Serious issue with SpaceNavigator

Post by ak666 »

Hi
I have been using SpaceNavigator on Mac for a few months.
Everything worked fine at the beginning but a few weeks ago, without any reason, it started to drift .
It happens in Photoshop, Acrobat and Cinema4D.
Calibration helps with Photoshop and Acrobat (but still is very annoying, because it happens quite often and I have to quit Photoshop to fix it).
The real problem is with Cinema4D. Nothing helps.
I tried calibration, disconnecting, changing settings in 3D Mouse Dialog window in Cinema4D without any result.
Sometimes it stops for a while but not for long.
Is the device out of order?
Shall I send it back as a faulty one?
Please help.

Hi ak666,

Please contact technical support. It sounds as your device has to be replaced.
