Spacepilot Pro not showing Function Key Labels

I just picked up a spacepilot pro; and it seems to be working great...except it isn't showing any of the labels for the function keys. I checked the cfg and the IDs are there...they just aren't showing. The keys work; it would just be nice to see what I have set so I don't have to memorize it.

It seems that 10.8.7 and 10.6.4 both exhibit the issue; but 10.7.4 works fine...it would have been nice if that version showed up under the driver archive when you selected Windows 10 64 bit; but it only shows up when you select Windows 10.

Was any fix made for this so can use latest drivers? I have the same issue with my SpacePilot Pro. Super annoying!
