I've filled out numerous requests that have gone unanswered. Is there a phone number I can call?

Yes. Go to the support page here and click on "show telephone hotline numbers".

Thanks. I'm embarrassed to say that I didn't see that.

But don't you think it should be visible with out having to click on a link to reveal?
