Try VirtualHere software to forward the SpaceMouse device to the virtual machine.dogfacerot wrote: ↑Fri May 12, 2023 7:03 am luping,
I didn't know only 2 input devices were allowed on a VM.
Doesn't make any sense, since many of us use 3 or more input devices.
This is my first go-around with a VM.
I'm running legacy CAD software (from back in the early 2000's).
I really don't care about MicroSnot, ISV's and all those Anti-Trust Act violatiors.
"By the way, your upbringing is poor, it's not your fault."
Says who?
Your isn't much better, so I guess that makes us brothers!
Quiz:
Which is worse, 1) violating the Anti-Trust Act in the regular course of business or returning rude for rude in a forum?
ngomes, thanx for the link, but I already know that, which is why I came into this forum.
https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Works ... 3D9617CB5Ais closer to what I need to know but not enough info although way too much.
Surely people are using a SpaceMouse in an older OS VM??
Your parents. I don't use any vulgar words, and your guess is wrong. Get yourself straight"By the way, your upbringing is poor, it's not your fault."

If the demo applications (Jet, Cube, Puzzle) do not work, then there is some sort of very basic incompatibility.dogfacerot wrote: ↑Fri May 12, 2023 12:31 pm The app is irrelevant b/c the device doesn't work in the native 3dConnexion app (Training, Practice, Puzzle, etc. modules).
