Enterprise space mouse not working properly

My enterprise keeps automatically saving and resetting the view.

I dont have to be touching the space mouse for it to happen, its just started this morning its been working great for many years until now.

If it is a hardware problem (and out of warranty), you can remap that key so it doesn't save the view.

I am having the exact same issue but with the roll button, and sometimes also the F one. I mapped numbers to those keys on a profile for notepad and I can see how the roll button it's being held spamming the number "2". But only if I press and hold another button first. That button has the number "1" for a regular press and "2" for holding it. I can not get the number "1" so I guess "2" it's being pressed constantly. I guess this device's quality it's not the same as the old and trusted SpacePilot Pro. The worst of all it's that isn't even one of the buttons that I use daily at all...

I think the quality of the buttons is a big hardware issue that needs to be improved.
