new user of spacemouse with issues

Hi folks.
Just got my space mouse a week ago and I'm having problems.
I'm running windows 11 and using fusion360.
I went thru the trainer for the mouse and it did everything it was suppose to.
However if I try and use it in fusion all it does is move the model up and down, zoom in or out and left to right.
It won't spin it vertically or horizontally.
I've reset it to default settings although the only thing I attempted to do was program the 2 buttons which didn't work either.
Am I missing something?

Hi, I think you can try calibrating the SpaceMouse within the 3Dconnexion software. Open the 3Dconnexion properties/settings panel on your computer (usually accessible through the system tray or control panel), navigate to the SpaceMouse settings, and look for a calibration option. Follow the instructions to calibrate the device.
