Hi everyone,
I'm using macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 is up to date, 3DConnexion driver is up to date, Keyshot version 12.1.1 is up to date.
I can't seem to customize my spacemouse buttons to work in keyshot. I can control the camera fine, but when i open the preference pane in mac System Settings, I use the Keyshot 12 configuration i setup, but none of the changes i make do anything. for example, i set Button 1 to run a keystroke of Command + D (to move an object), instead Button 1 pauses the realtime window. No customization actually works. Anyone know why? Screenshots attached in case they help.

Re: Spacemouse not working in Keyshot 12
It seems that you're experiencing difficulties customizing the buttons on your SpaceMouse to work with Keyshot on macOS Sonoma. Ensure Compatibility. Verify that Keyshot is officially supported by the 3DConnexion driver and that the driver is compatible with macOS Sonoma. Check the driver's documentation or the 3DConnexion website for any specific instructions or compatibility notes. If not, Reinstall the Driver: Try reinstalling the 3DConnexion driver for macOS Sonoma. Sometimes, a fresh installation can resolve any issues related to customizations not working as intended.
