CFG File - Is the XML documented in some kind of reference?

I've been searching about to see if there is some manner of document that details the XML tags and values that are used in the CFG files, to no avail. I suspect this should be on the FAQ, lol.

Anyone have any helpful pointers in this regard? I've been reverse engineering it from various posts and .cfg files, but a proper reference would be very welcome.
