Spacemouse Professional Just Broke?

I've been using my spacemouse professional on my work computer for the past couple of years. I'm not sure how old it was before I got it, but it still appears very intact with no wear on the grips or buttons.

However, this morning, when I pull up on the spacemouse, the 3d model pitches forward and moves laterally and up and down at the same time. Something appears to be wrong with my pitch and up/down axis in that they're almost sticky to other axises. I tried reinstalling its drivers and plugged it into two different computers, both with the same result.

Is it dusty? Do I need to clean it somehow? Or is it just a lost cause? I am using Windows 10 and Siemens NX for my CAD software, but it also doesn't work right on Catia.
