Recently, I started having problems installing the driver for this device.
When I tried to use it on different computers, the latest driver installation was not completed, resulting in several errors. Among them, the inability to insert shortcuts and configure the mouse. As a temporary solution, we have resorted to installing outdated drivers, but this approach does not always solve the problem.
Has anyone had this problem or know how to solve it?

Try removing old drivers with a tool like DDU, reinstall the latest driver in compatibility mode, and run it as administrator. If that fails, use Device Manager to manually update or contact the manufacturer for support.
