Hello Everyone,

My SpacePilot mouse screen is not changeing from initial screen "3D Connecxion A logitech company" and also mouse is not working.
I have try to install latested software "3DxWare64_v10-9-1_b650.exe" from link "https://3dconnexion.com/in/drivers/" in Windos 11 pro 64 bit and Windos 10 pro 64 bit system. But same result.

See attachement also for the screen display which remains as it is, for model which I am using and for which I am looking for help.

Can somebody help me to resolve my isuue?

these computer-generated comments are everywhere.

But to the topic: you need to install the latest driver for the SpacePilot. You can find it at the 3Dconnexion discontinued devices.

Hi, it sounds like this is a software or driver issue. Have you tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the current driver? Sometimes reinstalling from scratch can fix the problem. Also, check if there is a firmware update for your device, as updating the firmware can sometimes fix this. Hope you find a solution!
