Is the Bluetooth connection better then the older wireless dongle

I've got a Spacemouse wireless from before Bluetooth was an option. I have frequent connection problems with it and often have to unplug the dongle, plug in again, restart apps, etc to get it to finally connect.

I've been thinking about upgrading to a Pro but my experience with the wireless has me concerned. Is the Bluetooth wireless a lot better?

For reference I use Fusion 360 on Windows 11.

I find the Bluetooth wireless more convenient to connect and in general much better.
