Space Mouse

Hello;

I'm a SpaceMouse Enterprise user and I formatted my computer about a week ago. When I installed the latest driver for 3D Connection SpaceMouse Enterprise for Windows, Version 10.9.8, on my newly installed operating system, I noticed that the ISO1/ISO2 button, marked in red in the attachment, wasn't working. No matter what I did, I couldn't fix it. I uninstalled the software, downloaded it again, and installed it, and reset the application settings, but the result was the same; the ISO1/ISO2 button isn't working.

I would be very grateful if anyone has any information or can offer support on this issue.
