Dear 3Dconnexion,
I just get the new Space Pilot Pro today and was about to enjoy LCD display. However, except "Function Keys", all the rest programs (e.g. outlook mail, calendar, tasks, rss feeds) cannot be launched correctly. For instance, when I choose "outlook mail," the LCD shows "OUTlook not found, or not running!" The same with other LCD workflow programs. So I try to launch "Logitech LCD Manager" for reconfiguration. When I choose "program properties," the path for each program is incorrect. I try to correct them but it doesn't allow me to modify, type, or delete anything. I've both tried different versions of drivers, e.g. the original package in the CD and the latest version from the website of 3D connexion, but the problem still exists.
Is there anything wrong with my new product?
