I really think you should have some sort of bot-protection on this forum, i've noticd that there is alot of posts about pharmacy and such with alot of links.

Hi Absum,

We have several counter-measures. Unfortunately, they are only effective during a limited amount of time.

its rather a pain to post a first topic; if you just validated every new user by hand you might be able to help a bit more and not make it such a pain for your new customers.

Actually, quite the opposite. Manually validating every single new user could add a delay of several hours before the user was allowed to post.

Our current set-up is fully automated: new users can register and activate their accounts without waiting for someone from 3Dconnexion to enable their accounts. The amount of unsuitable spam is kept to a minimum.
