Did you already report this specific problem to Google? I intended to, but never got to it, so no. So far I haven't even found a place to report it , but admittedly I haven't looked very hard. If it is no trouble for you, please report it, otherwise I'll try again. I'll have a look as well. Also, I...

Got problems with Blender? Read here.
As you may know, 3Dconnexion and the Blender Foundation have worked together to start supporting our device with Blender. As of today (Sept. 20 2007) support is still at an experimental phase (read "pre-alpha") on Mac OS X, Linux and Windows. The current solution admittedly did not receive...

Hi teppink, sorry for the confusion. You have to understand that blender support is at the moment experimental and still a work in progress. That said, many users found the solution that 3Dconnexion and the Blender community jointly worked out pretty useful. So, I recommend you read carefully this t...

It's rather long but I think it's described the same issue you are experiencing, so it is worth reading.

Re: tilt & roll speeds a little slow?
I just started to play with space nav & blender, appears to work flawlessly on windows xp. (I had Visual C++ 2005 runtime components installed and did not run into the issues described by some - btw, isn't that a blender requirement on windows ?) Oh yeah, I guess it is... doh, I completely miss...

Probably just re-stating something is already known: the mouse pointer needs to be inside the main view area when clicking the buttons. There's a bug that make that necessary for any SpaceNav event to be processed by Blender. maiatoday, Rapp_Scallion: could it be that you have many configs for blend...

mobed, try this plugin build:
http://cubelogic.org/blender/builds/200 ... debug/win/
no changes, just a few printouts in the console. Report the console output here. If that doesn't help I'll make new full blender builds.
