Re: Spacemouse driver not working in Ventura
You may want to check 10.7.2 just to confirm that the LED issue that you're seeing is indeed MAC-343. The only issue related to macOS 13 "Ventura" that we are aware is the weird dialogue with only the "Security & Privacy" icon and an "OK" button. That dialogue appe...

Re: Spacemouse driver not working in Ventura
No, I already had 10.7.3 on macOS 12 before.
And I upgraded/migrated from macOS 12 to Ventura Public Beta,
therefore I did not need to install the Driver from scratch.
And therefore I did not had the Driver installation troubles which
other users described in this thread.

CADMouse Click lag
What I do not really like about my CADMouse (original) is that it always ignores fast Clicks - although the button hardware does a noticeable physical Click - which I recognize as a confirmation. (I am not talking about CADMouse button hardware failures - my CADMouse was already exchanged 2 times fo...

Re: Spacemouse driver not working in Ventura
May be unrelated but criticized in another thread.
Blue LED Ring arbitrarily switches on on my Space Navigator
although deactivated in Driver.
In this case it helps to just open Ventura System Settings.
Not even needed to switch to 3DCon Driver Tab - and LED
will go off again.

Re: Spacemouse driver not working in Ventura
Yes. But for the Space Navigator too.
I only have 2 USBA ports on my M1 Mini.
1 is needed for the Wacom Cintiq, 2. for the Hub.
Basically no chance for a direct USB input.
But I will try the Hub on the Wacom.

Re: Spacemouse driver not working in Ventura
I can confirm that /Library/LaunchAgents/com.3dconnexion.helper.plist exists I will check after next reboot if "3DconnexionHelper" program is running automatically or not. So far I would have assumed it will not but start when I open Driver tab in System Settings, as it takes a bit of time...

Re: Spacemouse driver not working in Ventura
Update, no, the Driver does not work correctly. After each restart of Ventura the driver is off or deactivated. I can reactivate the driver by opening Ventura Settings and go to 3DCon Tab. But then it will only show my old Space Navigator. To also reactivate my CADMouse I need to plug it off/on again.

Re: Spacemouse driver not working in Ventura
Ventura Public Beta too. For the first time larger problems with PB. Just because I have Little Snitch Fire Wall which was not yet ready in stable version. Meant no more network connections and Internet Access - except for mail. But I found a early build version of LS which finally works. Not that e...

Re: help my space navigator has a skin disease....... serious!
I used a standard Silicon Spray on a cloth.
It did not change much at the beginning.
Nut a few months later it is no more )that) sticky but much better !
Just that you can still feel the places wheer rubber already eroded and broke out.

Re: Spacemouse driver not working in Ventura
Well, since everything above 10.7.0 does not seem that exciting,
So I hope for a new driver version soon anyway.
Could just eliminate the smaller Ventura installation issues at the same time.

Great.
I had it too.
Opened Driver Settings and switched it ON/OFF and since then it stays OFF again so far.

Re: Spacemouse driver not working in Ventura
I have not yet Venture. But I heard .... Good news, space navigator works. There is an issue with the installer and enabling the driver. Installation required adjusting the permissions to allow the driver, but did show a non-closeable dialog - requiring a forced reboot. After restart, everything wor...

Re: Spacemouse driver not working in Ventura
Thanks for testing !
I honestly didn't expect such problems with the coming macOS.
Since a few years, I usually went public beta from day one.
