Re: Ver. 10.8.3 cannot be installed
I feel bad for not submitting a bug for this when I had to Force Quit / Eject the last public release beta running on macOS 13.6.2 The installer hangs on "Installing plug in scripts... should take about a minute" At this point, I'm giving up on the Mac driver (same as 3DC), and just waitin...

Re: What app would you like to see supported on Mac OS X?
Vectorworks (because it has apparently been abandoned, particularly on Mac).

3DxWare 10.7.4 Driver
10.8 lost the ability to Switch Navigation Modes. Where is the link to download 10.7.4 (not 10.7.0)?

Re: 3DxWare 10.7.0 for macOS problems
I still had to unplug the wired Cadmouse from my external monitor, and plug it back in again. Is that because I'm still on Catalina? Has that been fixed in Big Sur or Monterey? Why did you have to unplug the CadMouse and plug it back in? Do you also need re-plug the CadMouse if connected directly t...

Re: 3DxWare 10.7.0 for macOS problems
The mouse seems fully functional / programmable with the exception that the 3DxWare 10 Tools tab still says "No Device Found". The tool probably failed to restart the driver. If your CadMouse is now clicking, please reboot the system and check if the driver can find it. After restarting, ...

Re: 3DxWare 10.7.0 for macOS problems
The cursor will move but not click. 3DxWare 10 Tools tab says "No Device Found". From memory, I updated the firmware to 1.05. CadMouse buttons not clicking is to be expected on OS X 10.10 and newer under certain conditions (no installed driver or if using driver 10.7.0 or newer). You will...

Re: 3DxWare 10.7.0 for macOS problems
I still don't know why my wired Cadmouse is bricked. We thought this was sorted since the discussion was on the launch of the 3DconnexionHelper and 3DxNLServer programs. By "bricked" we assumed you mean the device is completely unresponsive but that's all that we have on that. Perhaps you...

Re: 3DxWare 10.7.0 for macOS problems
it's not showing up in the (Sys Prefs / Users & Groups) list of items that will automatically start at login. It used to appear here. Is that not the case anymore? The "helper" used to be launched as a "login item", yes, but in 10.7.0 (beta 20, r3386) we switched to a user a...

Re: 3DxWare 10.7.0 for macOS problems
Is "3DconnexionHelper" running? It's not running on my machine, and I've restarted multiple times since the driver was installed. Something is blocking the agent from starting. We will need to debug that. Before, though, open a Finder window, go to Applications > 3Dconnexion and double-cl...

Re: macOS Big Sur and Monterey - Pre-release Driver Available
Version 10.7.0 was published today, Jan 13, 2022, as the official driver for macOS 10.15 and newer. Currently I am on OS 10.15.7, but urgently need to upgrade to at least BigSur for security reasons, so was hoping that v10.7.0 of the driver would allow me to upgrade now, but I am concerned that it ...

Re: macOS Big Sur and Monterey - Pre-release Driver Available
Version 10.7.0 was published today, Jan 13, 2022, as the official driver for macOS 10.15 and newer. The software just published is the exact same build as "release candidate 3" (rev. r3411) announced on December 21st. Customers using r3411 are already on the latest build and do not need t...
