New Driver?
I have a few issues with my WSMP on my Mac that seriously impact my workflow. To the point where I regret spending $400 on this thing. 1. Why is the driver for Big Sur still in Beta? 2. When can we expect a new driver that supports Big Sur with updates for Catalina. 3. Is this slow adaption to new m...

Re: ZBrush Lag
Update*
After using SM within ZBrush for some time it will begin to lag within the viewport as described in my post. But when I close down ZB and start it back up again, SM will navigate as it should in the viewport until it happens again. I believe it happens after my system wakes from sleep

Re: SMPW rapidly pressing keyboard button
Yeah. This happens often enough and with the amount of troubleshooting Ive done, I've got it narrowed down to a bug within the SM environment-whether that be a software issue or hardwire I do not know. It's the same thing every time. UI glitch, unplug SM and turn it off, plug it back in, turn it on,...

Re: SMPW rapidly pressing keyboard button
Been using the SMPW strictly through usb without the dongle plugged in and I still get similar issues. I have to unplug the cable, turn the SM off and back on then plug the usb back in and it works fine again until the next time. I really hope this gets fixed in a driver update soon.

ZBrush Lag
Been using my SMPW for ZBrush for quite some time now and after some initial issues, its been working well-until today. When using it the viewport becomes extremely laggy when navigating. But when I switch to the mouse, its fine. I go back to the SM and the lag returns. To the point where its unusab...

SMPW rapidly pressing keyboard button
Every once in a while when I'm using my SMPW I will begin hearing a rapid clicking sound on my Mac as if a keyboard button is being held down. I always simply restarted but this is not a long term solution so I began to investigate the cause. When it happened again I began to one by one, unplug conn...

Wow. I went through and clicked yes or ok for what seemed to be about 100 dialogues.

Re: Backup SMPW Configu
Boom! Thank you sir(or madam).
Exported and imported but now that I've imported I'm getting asked about replacing every custom function. Any way to bypass and just do a yes to all?

Backup SMPW Configu
Searching the boards I found answers for Windows users but not us fine Mac folk. Usually I can find them using the windows location as a guide but that hasn't been the case with my SMPW and before I start customizing this thing I need to make sure I can find the config files and back them up. 3Dconn...

Re: SpaceMouse Pro Wireless Not Connecting
I sent a message but never heard back. I ended up downgrading back to Catalina and it seems to be working ok now. I haven't customized the buttons or anything but I can use it wirelessly as intended so far

Re: SpaceMouse Pro Wireless Not Connecting
Hi jesse.art, The utility says its paired and when I move the puck it bounces the cursor around the screen but it just doesn't work in any app such as Maya or ZBrush until I connect the USB cable. Can you try to recreate the pairing (using the tool mentioned), reboot and see if this allows the Spac...

Re: SpaceMouse Pro Wireless Not Connecting
Just got my new SMP today and was eager to use it but disappointed to find that it isn't connecting wirelessly to my Mac Pro 2019 with Big Sur. I can connect via USB and it seems to run(As well as it can on Big Sur using beta software anyway). The utility says its paired and when I move the puck it...

Re: SpaceNavigator Crashing Maya in BigSur
I'm having a similar issue with my SpaceMouse Pro Wireless on Big Sur as well. Except it doesn't seem to be related to time but at any point when using Maya it will crash when otherwise without using the SM it runs fine.
