How to backup the mapping on the Mac?

Post by Akash »

Hi
I just had an issue with the zoom [in/out] stop working while configuring one of my apps [rhino] zoom was still working normal in other apps.
eventually I gave up trying to find the issue and restored default on the enterprise space mouse. that fixed the zoom thing, but I lost all my mapping for Rhino, and has t set them up all over.

Q: Please inform how to back up the Mapping. I thought it was the 3DxWare.plist [see screen shot attached]
but tried to replace it with a backed up older one and apparently it is not.

thanks a lot

I think what you want is in the 3d connexion properties in system preferences. click the Configure dropdown and scroll all the way down. You'll see an option to export configuration as well as import.
