MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
I open this new thread, since the 10.7 pre-release Driver topic is now locked.
Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
MAC-324 is another issue that needs a supplemental firmware update.
Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
Oooops, sorry.
Didn't really read the tiltle ....
(It was just because some people, who upgraded macOS late and so missed that
now deleted FAQ Thread, could no more find the firmware updater)

Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
Sorry for not following up.
I'm told by my colleagues in Technical Support that you were invited to join the preview of the firmware with the fix for MAC-324 but chose not to enrol. Did I get that wrong?

Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
Before installing the new firmware I asked if it was compatible with Win too (we often use Win via Bootcamp);
Tech Support told me that it would eventually be Win compatible with Win driver 10.8.5 release;
After Win driver 10.8.5 official release I tried to get in touch with Tech Support, in order to understand wether I could install the CADMouse Wireless preview firmware, but I'm still waiting for a reply
Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
That's correct: version 10.8.5 (and newer) of the Windows driver software is compatible with firmware v. 1.20 for wireless CadMouse models.
The firmware can be updated using the tool available for download from this FAQ article (tdxflash v. 1.1.2 or newer).

Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
Unfortunately I have to report that AutoCAD bug is still present even with the new firmware: button 3 is frequently ignored or command still active even if the button is not pressed.ngomes wrote: ↑Thu Mar 17, 2022 1:20 pmThat's correct: version 10.8.5 (and newer) of the Windows driver software is compatible with firmware v. 1.20 for wireless CadMouse models.

Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
And can you still reproduce the scenario with Microsoft Edge where button 3 did not close the tab (the MAC-324 issue)?

Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
Anyway I have to try again the Edge button while the issue occurs in AutoCAD.
Switching off and back on the mouse solves (temporarily) the issue.

Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
Unfortunately I have to confirm that occasionally 3rd button doesn't work as expected in AutoCAD, even with latest firmware.
3rd button is ignored or clicked and held (while it's not).
Switching off and back on the mouse solves the issue.
