How long did the online request got reply usually?

I have sent a request about the repair / warranty problem for my cadmouse to the 3D connexion support at 12 May 2023 and still got no reply after 7 working days (23 May 2023). How long is the 3D connexion support to take for such frequently asked questions?

If the after-sales service is really messed up, I would never recommend 3D connexion products as it is not worth at such high selling price.

Contact your local(in your country/region) 3Dconnexion salesperson/representative or reseller at first for possible replacement.
