How long does it take to get the SDK?

Not sure if this is the correct forum topic but for 3 months now the SDK download page comes back with:

SDK Download
Thanks for your interest, your registration being processed and we will contact you as soon as possible.

I've checked the box in my profile as a Developer. So can anyone help me as to why I've been waiting 3+ months to download the SDK? and yes, I've contacted support about it a few weeks ago and got no response yet.

Its been more than a week since I requested access to the SDK. I have also tried to contact support, but am yet to receive a response.
