why do my request to download a SDK need to be processed?

I requested to download your SDK three days ago, and still don't have any news about it.
I'm working on a project and delays are really short, I can't wait 3 days for nothing !
Could you give me access to the download page of the SDK, please?
I don't understand why it is so long for just an activation?

When I click the download link for the SDK, it keeps telling me that my registration needs to be activated:
"Thanks for your interest, your registration being processed and we will contact you as soon as possible."

Same situation here - a SpaceMouse sitting on our desk, but no access to the SDK and no reply from support. Meanwhile, time ticks and our staff wait.

Come on 3Dx, why exactly do you choose to hide the SDK from developers and force us to wait? Surely it's not to protect some secret IP. The SDK shouldn't contain anything a developer here couldn't write given a basic spec and half a chance, so just do what all tech vendors do and make it available for download immediately after developer registration - exactly as your website implies.

Failing that please get our account (username 'basisau') authorised for SDK access within 24 hours or we're going to have to return the device under the misleading representations rule and go with your competitor.
