Defective - 3DConnexion Defective Cadmouse Wireless Product Defective
Does anybody have the same issue as I do? The side rubber pieces (between the 'metal' and the buttons) of my 3DConnexion CadMouse Wireless seems to be stretching with use and is now too big for the gap it is meant to be filling - and this after only using the 3DConnexion equipment for 5 months. This results in a very uncomfortable grip and that has been quite an embarrassment in the office after spending $160 on a mouse that now looks like a piece of broken equipment. see photo attached. Thanks

Hi Andrew,
I am experienceing a similar problem with my mouse - tried to fit them back but the rubber will no longer phyically fit in the slot
Did you resolve your problem with the Cadmouse rubber panels, if so, how did you do it please?
Regards
Mark

Hi,
I'm also expriencing this issue. On both mouses I have, one@work and one@home. Tried to cut a little bit of and then glue it again, but that ain't working either. Keeps coming loose.

Well I've not had that issue, but 3 out of 4 (3 bought and 1 Warrantied already) of the Cad Mouse Wireless devices that we bought at my work have defective scroll wheels . When scrolling to wheel the sometimes it goes the way you scroll, sometimes nothing happens, sometimes it jumps 10 pages, sometimes backwards.
Absolute junk! Never going to purchase another mouse from 3dConnexion, the build quality is worse than a $5 China Brand Special, but they charge more than any other brand on the planet.
