Rotation On/Off button not re-enabling in Catia V5

1. I set both "pan/zoom" and "rotation" to enabled in the advanced settings of the driver
2. in Catia V5, I disable the "rotation" --> the rotation is disabled as expected
3. I push the button again to enable rotation --> nothing happens, the rotation stays disabled
4. the only way i can re-enable rotation is through the advanced settings of the driver
5. works fine in Java Platform of Enovia VPM

This issue is the same as Soild Works. Can I use the same solution?

Well, what I noticed is that the SpaceMouse Enterprise device is sometimes displayed as SpacePilot PRO in CATIA v5-6R2018, it's a bit confusing...
