Cad Mouse wireless connection

Hello, for BigSur there is a note does not work, only with Bluetooth, I pair the Cad Mouse but only the pointer moves, the click is not working. my SpaceMouse is working. Any help is more than welcome.

Still does not work for my MAC: MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016 - Big Sur.

You need to have device firmware version 1.11 or newer in macOS 11 and 12. The "About" tab in the "3Dconnexion" pane in System Preferences will tell you this information.

If you're having an issue updating the firmware of your CadMouse Wireless, have a word with our Technical Support team.
