At the moment I am at a bit of a loss: I used your config.pro and put it into the path that is the initial startup directory of my wf2 (in this case I changed the shortcut to c:\wf2_bw) and I can see all the mapkeys in the file when I select the mapkey category in the 3dx button mapping editor.
Just to verify: the initial starting directory is the same as that shown hi-lighted in the folder navigator when wf2 starts up.
