Login with your My3Dx developer account and go to the Software Developer page. Continue to the page where you can download the SDK. There you will find the contact details for the Developer Team.

Version 3.3.0 (and newer) of the 3DxWare SDK for Windows includes a C# sample, "TestSiapp".
