Hello
I've got XP SP2 X32
My pc
HP pavilion ZD 8290EA
Pentium 4 3,4 ghz
1024 MB Ram
Âti radeon X600 256 MB OWN Memory
Everytime when i tuch the space navigator, my CPU goes up to 100% procent and my computer starts to stotter.
How is this possible, i mean is my pc to slow to make it opperate good.??

Did you try calibrating the device?
with no applications open
click on the open 3dcontrol panel and then click on callibrate. then push ok

Also, try installing the latest driver from the 3dx web site.
