I need help installing drivers

I have a SpaceNavigator that my computer animation teacher gave to me. I plugged it in and Windows 7 x64 recognized it fine. The only problem is when I try to install the drivers, even as administrator, I receive this "The feature you are trying to use is not currently available". It gives me the current address to my temp folder. When I press cancel I receive "Error File: bla\3DxAdobe3D.msi not found. Terminating installation..."

I am using the latest driver installer 3.9.0.

you should try a clean uninstall and then start again the installation. See here how to do it. If this still brings up an error message, a logfile of the installation might help. Here are the instructions. If you created logfiles you can send them to the email address from the PM and post here that you did so.
