Installation Treiber 10.8.12

Hallo,

ich versuche den Treiber für den Space Navigator wie immer zu installieren. Funktionier bei allen Rechnern auch problemlos nur bei einem Rechner habe ich die beiliegende Fehlermeldung "there is a problem with this windows installer package. a dll required for this install to complete could not be run. contact your support".
Die Fehlermeldung kommt allerdings auch bei allen anderen Versionen die ich versucht habe (10.6.2 / 10.8.2 etc.)

Hat jemand eine Idee?

Perhaps you had a previous installation of 3DxWare 10 and used one of those "clean-up" tools that are advertised to free up disk space. These tools may delete the cached installer files making preventing the system from uninstalling old software.

If you know what version you had installed before, you can try running the installer for that again. It will restore the missing files and should allow for a clean uninstall.

If you don't know what was the older version or you cannot find the old installer, then contact our Technical Support service (contact details here). They may be able to assist you.

I have the same issue. New installer aborts with message "missing DLL"
When I try to reinstall the old one, the old installer now gives de message "there is a newer version already installed" and aborts.
