CadMouse Compact Wireless stop working properly
Hello, can you help me → CadMouse Compact Wireless stop working after I reboot laptop with mouse connected by wire. After switching on, two lights blink only once, no reaction on pairing button and connection type switching button. It works by wire on another laptop, but not working by receiver or bluetooth.

Re: CadMouse Compact Wireless stop working properly
Which exact CADMouse model is it?
Can you confirm that the issues with the 3Dconnexion device only are reproducible on specific computers?
Can you confirm that you're experiencing an issue with the wireless connectivity of your mouse on a second computer, but once connected via USB your mouse is ok on that second machine?
Have you contacted the tech support?
