Space mouse wireless pro keep disconnecting and its very annoying...

Every time I restart the computer, the wireless connection of the mouse is lost, and I have to plug it in with a cable for it to be detected. When I try to connect it wirelessly, I get the message 'pairing failed.' It's as if the device isn't emitting any signal. I've tried changing the USB receiver, but the issue persists. I've checked the battery level as well. I should mention that in the beginning, it worked fine and connected without issues, but after a couple of months, the wireless connection seems to have stopped working properly. I’ve tried updating to the latest drivers, but that didn't help. Is it normal for such an expensive device to work so poorly with something as basic as connecting to its own receiver? I've already contacted support, but if the problem persists, I’ll have to sell it. I don’t want to because it’s really useful for ZBrush, but the least I expect from something in this price range is for it to work properly. If it's a beta product, they should at least say so, so we know what to expect.

I hope support can provide a solution soon! It's unfortunate that such a helpful tool would have these connection issues. If all else fails, consider checking to see if there's a firmware update for your mouse; that might help improve mouse performance.
