I've got a wireless Spacemouse that's seen very little life (hardly used), the right button clicks nicely/normally, but recently the left button has decided to get stuck and doesn't click at all.
When I press the left button, I have to press it extremely hard and on a very specific point to get anything out of it.
Any ideas what might have caused this and how I can fix it? (I'd prefer not to have to open the mouse up).

I think you can try compressed Air & Cleaning. Turn off the SpaceMouse and gently blow compressed air around the button to dislodge any dust or debris. Use a soft brush or toothpick around the button edges to remove any dirt. Dampen a cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol (90%+ preferred) and run it around the button's edges. Let it dry fully before testing.JezUK wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2025 8:56 am I've got a wireless Spacemouse that's seen very little life (hardly used), the right button clicks nicely/normally, but recently the left button has decided to get stuck and doesn't click at all.

Sounds like the left click mechanism might be stuck due to dust, debris, or a mechanical issue. Try clicking it rapidly a few times to see if it loosens up. You could also try compressed air around the button or gently clicking while tilting the mouse at different angles. If that doesn’t work, it might need a deeper fix, but hopefully, you won’t have to open it up
