Spacemouse Pro Not Saving Settings

Hello:

I'm having an odd problem with some of the 3DConnexion settings not being saved when updating them in the Mac Settings app.

With SketchUp 2025 running an extra Navigation tab is added to the settings window. When SketchUp is NOT running there is no Navigation Tab

Inside the Navigation tab the Modelmodel is set to Object

I set it to Target Camera, close the Settings and everything runs fine.

My problem is that the Navigationmodel setting is not saved between launches of SketchUp. Every time I launch SketchUp I must go into the Settings and make this change.

I am wondering which app is responsible for saving the settings, the 3DConnexion settings app, or SketchUp? I'm also wondering which app is responsible for injecting the Navigation tab into the Settings window?

Expecting that both software vendors can point at the other one as being responsible I'll post this comment on the SketchUp Support Forum as well.

Aha,

and when do Mac users get that "Navigation" Tab in driver settings ?
(With that so important "Lock Horizon" option)
