Raw USB Connectivity

Since there is no Developer Forums for embedded driver development I'm placing this here in Windows.

I have my Space Navigator connected to a .netmf device and I need to know the RAW (at the device level) data format that the mouse uses to communicate. I.e. the format that is just 1 level up from USB. I am trying to create a driver for the .netmf for this device
