Explorer won't restart with reboot

Hello,
If I shut down my PC and then restart it the next day, I have to switch usb ports in order to get my SpaceExplorer to start.
If I go to the 3dconnexion control panel before changing ports, I can double click on it, and nothing happens. When I change usb ports the Explorer starts up and runs fine.

Please contact the 3Dconnexion support as this issue should be cleared by them.
