Re: SpaceMouse Pro buttons not working
I call 'em, as I see 'em. Thousands of users of their devices, and they can't take 10 minutes to download new versions of the software? Heck, I'd be happy if they would just reply to my support request. Submitting a second one now.

Re: SpaceMouse Pro buttons not working
Sent in a support request...but that's pretty lame, if they don't keep up with software updates.

Re: SpaceMouse Pro buttons not working
We are running 2206.6002 and 2206.9200 so that may be the issue.

Re: CADmouse firmware update
Update, I had to repair the CADmouse to my laptop. It looked like it was paired, but unpair, and re-pair has fixed it.

CADmouse firmware update
Just installed this recent firmware update, and now my mouse doesn't move. Just non-responsive.

SpaceMouse Pro buttons not working
Running a spacemouse pro, Windows 10 64bit, with Siemens NX 2206. I just installed the 10.8.21.3755 driver, hoping that would help. Basically, the 1, 3 and 4 buttons don't work, #2 (Base Group) brings up the radial menu, but nothing on it works. The view buttons, and the fit button do not work. The ...

Re: SpaceMouse Pro and an old SpacePilot
@jwick first day going back to the office, and the only issue with the SpaceMouse Pro, is an error message that popped up when I first turned on the laptop, I assume a result of the driver starting. I thought I got a screen cap, but apparently I didn't...message referenced "LCD" in one of ...

Re: SpaceMouse Pro and an old SpacePilot
Understood. As long as I have motion control, I should be good. Once we see how this home/work situation plays out, I may invest in a SpaceMouse Compact for at home.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: SpaceMouse Pro and an old SpacePilot
Just an update. Things appear to be working ok. I did have the driver crash once yesterday, but once I restarted no problem. This morning I got a script error of some sort, clicked ok, and no issue since. Both issues occurred while the SpaceMouse Pro was plugged in.

Re: SpaceMouse Pro and an old SpacePilot
I'm really only concerned about each device working, when I plug in at either location, so I'm going to test that scenario, and if it works, I'm calling it good. Speaking of old, the first device I ever used was a Spaceball 2003. Heck, I'd still be trying to use my Spaceball 5000, if I would have ha...

Re: SpaceMouse Pro and an old SpacePilot
Hey Jim, The black and blue. I have it working now, with the 10.4.10 driver. Next step is to test with the SpaceMouse Pro, which it listed in the properties menu, but would not operate while the SpacePilot was plugged in, which didn't surprise me. End of the day today, I plan to shut down, swap devi...

Re: SpaceMouse Pro and an old SpacePilot
Sorry about the username/login change, the one I posted with originally was tied to a former employer, and I couldn't get it edited.
Anyway...I'm not going to replace my personal SpacePilot, so...are you saying I can roll the driver back to 10.4.10, and both units will work on this machine?

Re: Does anyone actually benefit from using a 3D mouse?
I would be lost without one. I've been using a 3D motion controller for a couple decades now, starting with a Spaceball 2003. My advice would be to slow the speed down on the device, and practice.jaisonriver wrote: ↑Fri Aug 03, 2018 1:54 am Does anyone here actually benefit from using a 3D mouse?

Re: Spacemouse Enterprise stops working
Navigation stops. Unsure about the buttons, the screen remains lit. I notice it doesn't work in NX, which is my primary tool, so I suspect the NX icons are displayed, but will have to verify, and take note if the icons change, as I change the window focus with the CADmouse. Plugged directly into the...

Finally captured a log file, just waiting for support to tell me where to send it.
