I call 'em, as I see 'em. Thousands of users of their devices, and they can't take 10 minutes to download new versions of the software? Heck, I'd be happy if they would just reply to my support request. Submitting a second one now.

Sent in a support request...but that's pretty lame, if they don't keep up with software updates.

We are running 2206.6002 and 2206.9200 so that may be the issue.

Update, I had to repair the CADmouse to my laptop. It looked like it was paired, but unpair, and re-pair has fixed it.

Just installed this recent firmware update, and now my mouse doesn't move. Just non-responsive.

Running a spacemouse pro, Windows 10 64bit, with Siemens NX 2206. I just installed the 10.8.21.3755 driver, hoping that would help. Understood. As long as I have motion control, I should be good. Once we see how this home/work situation plays out, I may invest in a SpaceMouse Compact for at home.

Just an update. Things appear to be working ok. I did have the driver crash once yesterday, but once I restarted no problem. This morning I got a script error of some sort, clicked ok, and no issue since. Both issues occurred while the SpaceMouse Pro was plugged in.

I'm really only concerned about each device working, when I plug in at either location, so I'm going to test that scenario, and if it works, I'm calling it good. I would be lost without one. I've been using a 3D motion controller for a couple decades now, starting with a Spaceball 2003. My advice would be to slow the speed down on the device, and practice.

Navigation stops. Unsure about the buttons, the screen remains lit. I notice it doesn't work in NX, which is my primary tool, so I suspect the NX icons are displayed, but will have to verify, and take note if the icons change, as I change the window focus with the CADmouse.
