Hi, thanks for the driver update tip. I have just updated and also set 3dxware to run as administrator. Unfortunately I get the same result as before. I guess I can just run some hotkeys from the 3dx standard window. There seems to have been something strange gone wrong with my Maya plugin installat...

Unfortunately that is exactly where I have been assigning button functions. I then hit Save. But when I reopen Maya the button slots are all blank.

Hi, After assigning new shortcuts to the buttons on my Space Traveller and restarting Maya, the button list shows up blank and nothing has been saved.

Has anybody else had this happen and found a fix?

I was originally trying to assign "Scroll Lock" or "Pause" as they are not normally used by 3Dapplications default settings. But I have also tried just assigning "A" but with no result However I did just try using the Space key option from the dropdown and that did work...

I am trying to send the key to StrokeIt. It does work with RBC9's driver but I had to stop using that as Photoshop started freaking out when it was installed.
I have asked about that problem in his posting

I have a problem making a hotkey work on my space traveler. I use a tablet PC with a little app called "Strokit" which uses mouse gestures. I have set a hotkey in it to toggle it on and of but when I assign that key to one of the the Space Traveler's buttons it dose'nt seem to recognise it...

Thanks for the help. It definitely worked but unfortunately XSI's viewports all acted differently. But when I scaled down the scene it worked much better, so I solved that way.

This is a really great driver, but I had to stop using it as Photoshop started acting very strange. It refused to open files and other bugs. When I uninstalled the driver it functioned normaly again.

Has anybody else noticed this bug or any idea of a workaround maybe?
