Sadly there seems to be no product support. I filled out the form on the website providing my PID and other details while registering for an account. Clicked Submit. It said something like 'We'll get back to you' Nothing happened after that.

And I've been using it for 2 3 years. Worked like a charm. I suspect dust because there is a LOT of dust here.
