Installed 3DxWare version 3.17.8 (driver version 6.17. and now it works fine.. bit annoying having to install an older version to get proper functionality but OK.. at least it works now.

Ok I've figured out that changing the command for undo (normally Ctrl+Z), to Ctrl+W works.. W is the key that would normally be located on the spot of my Z key if I were using a QWERTY keyboard.
