Re: In 3ds Max I can't select or snap objects when using 3dm
I was hoping this issue would have been resolved by now. Their tech guys kept asking if I would try this and that driver or solution to see if they worked but when you have 3 or 4 programs with all the buttons mapped this can take hours if not days to redo every time. This is their job, not mine. Re...

Re: 3DS max 2014 Drivers not loading
I've totally had it with this software. Going to back to the version that was released five years ago.
Just incredibly frustrating not be able to mouse click on an object to select it.
About the most basic thing needed to work in a 3d program.
Good grief!

Re: 3DS max 2014 Drivers not loading
How's the progress coming on fixing the selection issue in 3ds Max? I can click on an object in any viewport for minutes at a time and not select anything. This occurs after moving around the viewport with the Space Mouse Pro. Have you fixed the latest drivers so it even works in 3ds Max without giv...

Re: 3DS max 2014 Drivers not loading
Version 10-2-6 does not work at all in 3DS MAX 2014 and none of the usual tricks do either.
It's just hard to believe they would release an update they did not even test in the programs it was designed for.
Really a head scratcher.

Re: Move tool bug when using SpaceExplore in max 2014
I really wish the makers of this device would test it out in 3DS MAX 2014 to see you cannot select anything in a new viewport until you have manually panned the viewport with the mouse first.

Re: Move tool bug when using SpaceExplore in max 2014
As a preface, no way I could live without this tool. It is amazing. Tech support got back to me requesting I delete the drivers I dnld two days ago and re-install the latest version and send them a log of how it worked after the changes. Well..... did they change the latest version in the last two d...

Re: Move tool bug when using SpaceExplore in max 2014
Updated to latest drivers and using in 3DS Max. While the new button selection tools are magnificent, the very basic functionality of the Space Mouse in ALL THE VIEWPORTS IS HORRIFIC! UNCONSCIONABLE. Awful. Hard to believe. When switching to a new viewport it is often impossible to click on an objec...

Re: Simulate Shift Key in Rhino Using SpaceNavigator
I have resolved the mapping issue I was having with Rhino and the alt, esc, shift, etc. keys. If these keys are assigned in the Rhino keyboard assignments within Rhino, they cannot be re-mapped in the 3DConnexion properties panel. Those assignments within Rhino must be removed before they can be map...

Re: Move tool bug when using SpaceExplore in max 2014
Capture.JPG My Space Mouse Pro works "almost" perfectly in Max 2014. The exception is a lag when switching to new viewports when selecting objects. I had to try different versions until I got one that works. Problem now is the driver doesn't let me assign keystrokes to the alt, esc, shift...

Re: Rhino 5.9.4 missing Alt, Esc, Shift in 3dConnexion Panel
I spent a good four hours trying to figure how to get this to work studying all the XML files I could find in program files and app data files and cannot find anything to get results. Just a hint where the actual Rhino.exe 3DConnexion panel macros are would be helpful. I'm willing to work hard to ge...

Re: Move tool bug when using SpaceExplore in max 2014
Same problem here. Another annoying problem in MAX is how long it takes the space mouse to respond to view changes. Often I have to click my mouse button in a new view to get the space mouse to "wake up". No problem in Rhino at all but other problems like re-assigning alt, shift, esc keys.

Rhino 5.9.4 missing Alt, Esc, Shift in 3dConnexion Panel
The Alt, Esc, Shift, etc. buttons are missing from the 3DConnexion panel in Rhino 5.9.4. The executable in program files lists Rhino as rhino.exe. Not rhino5.exe which was a problem in the past. Any help would be greatly appreciated since trying to assign these buttons in the 3DConnexion properties ...
