I did hear back from support but it was the response to hold the 1&2 keys down. So that did not work.

I believe I am going to start a return on this. As I have tried everything on the forums.

Hummm - me thinks this is a defective unit. :cry: I have read through 30 pages in the forums now and does not seem anyone else reports a similar problem - outside of one guy plugging it into a USB 3 plug, which mine is not.
